There’s just something about a good cookie. A homemade cookie. Not from a box. Not made by elves. But a homemade, chewy, fantastic cookie.
This is a homemade, chewy, fantastic cookie.
It also contains no flour. It is gluten free. It is filled with peanut butter. I love peanut butter. It has chocolate chips in it. I love chocolate.
Do you want to know what I love even most about this one? The homemade, chewy, fantastic cookies are ready in 15 minutes.
The recipe is so simple.
Beat together peanut butter, brown sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add egg and vanilla. Continue to mix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop into tablespoon sized cookies on a lined baking sheet.
Gently push down on each cookie to flatten.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
They’ll have a beautiful crinkled top.
And they’ll smell delicious.
And you’ll want to keep taking pictures of them.
Right?
Or is that just a food-blogger thing?
Whether you are a food blogger or a food eater, these cookies are soft, chewy, peanut buttery perfection.
They might even make you want to take a picture of them. After you devour one. Or a few. Completely up to you. I won’t judge.
