February 1st! What? Weren’t we just ringing in the New Year?
January was a great month of new adventures! I completely re-did ESJ and have been working hard any chance I get to continue making changes and upgrades. What do you think so far??
Because of that, I’m slackin’ on some new recipes…sorry. Let’s celebrate not only the recipes that I did share last month, but all of them, the best of best. The top 5 of January 2016. To find this, I looked at all of the statistics, numbers and shares on social media and came up with this list that I think is completely random…but at the same time makes complete sense. January = New Year’s Resolutions = Healthy recipes.
A favorite go-to side dish of mine…AND…my mom made it last week. I shared my excitement on ESJ’s new Instagram account…did you see it?? My heart was happy.
That. Is. All.
An oldie but a goodie. I made a few batches of these myself last month…they’re Whole30 compliant and taste great with breakfast, lunch and dinner. They’re make-ahead friendly and always a crowd pleaser.
Well, I shouted from my Facebook rooftop that I loved this. That this was one of my favorite recipes on ESJ. Ever. I would think that’s enough.
But. The slow cooker does all the work. Sold.
To say I was surprised by this is an understatement. Really? A “how-to” on roasting spaghetti squash? Then I remembered how awesome this stuff goes with anything and everything, how easy it is to make and how healthy it is.
I get it.
