I’m such a planner, it’s ridiculous. I think it’s a good quality to have…being organized, and such.
And then I fail.
Tomorrow is the Super Bowl, and while my beloved Pats aren’t in it this year, I’m still going to watch. Duh. I love sports. I love football. I love Beyonce.
I’m also going skiing during the day. I will have approximately 90 minutes before the start to get some recipes together…so here is a quick collection of healthy, easy dishes for one of my favorite “holidays” of the year. Chili, wings, dips…that’s what I love to eat, so that’s what most of these are. With a few other fun finger foods in-between. Paleo {check}. Gluten Free {check}. Whole30 {check}. Delicious {check}.

…and last but not least, I needed to include one of my all-time favorite party dips. It was one of my first recipes shared on ESJ. It’s not healthy, but it’s SO good! The picture makes me cringe…like I do when I think about the Juicy velour sweatsuits I wore in college…both instances…what was I thinking?
Regardless…I love this stuff.

Enjoy the food, enjoy the game, enjoy Beyonce.

Yum! I am going to try these tommorow.
Enjoy!
Great recipes! Thanks for including my chicken wings!
Of course!! They look delicious…thanks for sharing :)
Who needs the super bowl to justify trying any of those!
Exactly!
Loving the guacamole with pomegranates. So pretty and still perfect for super bowl.
I completely agree!!
They all look so delicious…I want them all! Especially the Quesadillas!
Who doesn’t love a quesadilla?!? :)
I have tried crunchy wings on my own before and they don’t look near as pretty as the ones you’re showing!
Beauty is in the eye of the wing-holder (get it?? Ha)…I bet they’re deliciously beautiful!!
I wish I would have had the ideas yesterday when the team I was rooting for won. Since I’m from Indiana we hold a special place in our hearts for Peyton and we still hold a grudge against the cheating Pats!! That being said your recipes sound fantastic!! I’ll be saving them for the next time the Colts and Patriots play :-)
The Patriots AND all of these dishes are honest winners :)
Can we have the Super Bowl again just so I can make some of these yummy treats? They look amazing! :)
Seriously! I thought the same thing!
