I had originally thought of posting this in the fall; sharing it with you all when I purchased an absurd amount of cranberries.
But I didn’t.
Probably because I was too busy sharing some of my favorite cranberry recipes…like this chilled soup!
But that’s not why we’re here.
We’re here to teach you something…that you can have this soup, along with all of your other favorite cranberry dishes, all year long.
While the tart fruits are in season, buy them in bulk and freeze them.
Defrost for a few minutes and use as needed. Simple as that. They’ll last for months and taste wonderful.
And you can make this soup all year round.
